		<description>You skipped one important thing ... auscultation!  A good nurse will always &quot;whip out&quot; the ol&#039; stethscope and listen to breath sounds.  You can tell alot about if there is constricted airways or excess fluid buildup from this.  Otherwise, encouraging deep breaths and coughing can sometimes help, especially if the O2 SAT&#039;s are dropping.</description>

		<description>You could also encourage them in purse lipped breathing since you know they have a much longer exhalation and tend to air trap. The tripod position helps them feel better if they are in distress as well.</description>
