What simple things will set asthma off?

help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more

My cousin just had an asthma attack but it wasn’t a real big one but because he is quite young his parents are worried that it’s going to happen again and they don’t know alot about asthma so what simple things could trigger his asthma again and what should he avoid doing?

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

Thunderstorms will almost always trigger an asthma attack.
It can become serious and very distressing for the sufferer so please get him to a doctor and supplied with an inhaler.

I have recently crossed asthma, and luckily beaten it. It used to be set off by pollen in the flowers, making me sneeze and cough. I also had to get rid of my dog, Dayna, because I was getting effected by her fur. Dusty houses can also trigger the chest, causing you to sneeze and cough. Try to keep him hydrated, with plenty of water and he should be fine. Hope I helped.
