I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

These people are trying to scare you…

I was a smoker and it took awhile to quit. I cut down immensely and finally did quit. Ask any doctor and there really isn’t any proven facts that smoking will harm an unborn baby. It is no different than breathing in big city fumes day after day. Sweetie, your baby is just fine and your doctor will tell you that too.

Those that are saying OMG you need to quit (which you already did), weren’t smokers to begin with.

You need to stop smoking NOW! Smoking can harm the baby…there are warnings on the packages of cigarettes for a reason!

You should stop smoking now. Smoking can cause learning problems.

Edit: It’s possible it could have harmed the baby, but it won’t help worrying about it now. Just try to eat healthy and take care of yourself from here on out.

Edit again: I am not trying to scare you. I have conducted evaluations on babies exposed to cigarettes and other drugs in utero. It can harm the baby. Sorry if the poster below doesn’t believe it, but it is true. There are studies to back it up.

Yess. You need to stop right away, but you already did so good.
4 months, the baby should still be fine, but theres always chances.
But ofcourse that can hurt the baby, cuz it hurts you too!
So why wouldnt it hurt the baby.
