I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

I use http://www.lawyers.com to locate lawyers when I don’t already have someone on file.

I don’t know what state you are in or what kind of lung disease you mean. Is it lung cancer? Is it mesothelioma or asbestosis?

You will likely find a lawyer who will do a no win-no fee deal.

In the county where you live there is a branch of the American Bar Association. You can contact the association for referrals.

You can also try http://www.handelonthelaw.com for a referral.

Cost depends on the case at hand. If you intend to make a liability claim against someone, and if you have a good case, a personal injury lawyer will take the case on a contingency basis. Except for miscellaneous expenses, it won’t cost you anything.

Contact your local Bar Association. Contingency lawyers are easy to find since they advertise everywhere. Problem with using one of these is, even though you don’t pay if you lose, you pay 33% if you win. I guess it depends on how strong your case is. Many attorneys have free consultations.

gonna be tough if you can’t cough up the dough lol.

    seriously, google is your friend.

you will need one in the jurisdiction of your alleged tort, not just anywhere,
