I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. I hope that I'll never be in the same situation again

For me, it was another C word "Control". I started out smoking for fun, but after about a year, I was structuring my life around the next cigarette. Like waking up for that first morning cigarette, having my smoking buddies at work to go outside with the same time everyday. Sitting on the deck after work with my roommate smoking one after the other. Buying a carton every Saturday at Wal-Mart. I realized I was not in control, and I hated that, so I just started cutting down, asking myself before each one whether I really wanted it or was I just servicing my addiction. I took back Control. I still smoke, only now it’s one or two a week, and only socially. So hopefully I won’t have to learn about the other "c" word (I’m only 20).

my grandma and uncle both died from cancer but i still smoke which some people may find shocking
i smoke because i want to even though i know the health risks in fact i’m smoking right now whilst typing this
For a lot of people it takes a scare. Usually to yourself. My father had lung cancer and lost his lung, but that didn’t stop me from smoking. He always threatned to show my his scar which ran up and down from his armpit almost to his waist. It was when I found out that I might have had cancer or sarcoid that I quit smoking. Lucky for me it was sarcoid and not cancer, but it was enough that I quit cold turkey.
What you say about the ‘C’ word isn’t true in my case.
I stopped because of Pure Common Sense.
I tried several times to stop, it was a nightmare.!!
In the end I went to a Hypnotist who stopped me in a day.
Just to make light (’scuse the pun) of a serious adiction,
I’m alright just as long as you don’t click your fingers. Ha ha.
I am using an electronic cigarette for a month now, and I am very happy. It has just nicotine without any other garbage, which means no cancer.
It is awesome, and I was able to reduce the nicotine intake substantially, as you have more control of the nicotine quantity.

The letter ‘C’ stands for Cessation of smoking.
I am a nonsmoker. Hence I have no comments.
It is not true that people only stop smoking when they find out that there is a case of cancer. But it can also act as a warning sign to smokers. There are other things smoking can cause ranging from Cancer and other health and heart related problems.
However, the best way to stop smoking is to just make a vow and stop it. I tried other ways but didn’t work out for me. I read books on stopping smoking and there is one book that really inspired me to stop smoking Smoking Audiobook . which i downloaded from http://51w.us/stopsmoking
It will assist you.
