help me to stop smoking! stop smoking medications, stop smoking help, stop smoking plans and more
I am 24yrs old and have smoked for 10 yrs. I have managed to cut down to 5 a day mainly because i have a baby and am limited to when i can go and have a sneaky one. I want to quit because i have a wheeze on my chest which scares me and i want to be around to see lil one grow up.
You’d think this would be enough alone to make me stop but the evil weed has me hooked.I can go cold turkey for a few days until i get a bad temper and get aggitated,stressed out resulting in me giving in.
The patches give me migraines and make me feel light headed.I don’t fancy the gum.So how does hypnosis work in helping to stop me smoking? and has anyone had any success with it?
Or any other helpful tips on quitting would be great!

I know exactly how you feel, I was in a very similar situation. I remember that I was so nervous at that time and I took it out on everyone around me. I didnt know what could I do until, thanks god, I found Smoke Deter. Now I can look back and laugh on myself and in the same time I remember how helpless I was. Hypnosis only works if you can be hypnotized and believe it. It did not help me at all.
There is a new prescription drug that you doctor can place you on that will totally inhibit your desire for smoking.
If you are serious about it, then call your doctor. I totally know how you feel.
my sister tried it, and it didnt help her at all so save your money.
its a load of rubbish humi the cheewing gum is best bet
unfortunatley it didnt work for me, still smoking , it has to be down to will power, i dont have the urge to stop right now, so not in the right mind to do it, you will stop if you really want to , try your local chemist or doctors , they provide stop smoking clinics,,,Good Luck x
